Call for Entries: You are invited to submit one piece to this exhibition of monotypes and monoprints by MGNE members. This is an open call. All submissions will be included in the exhibition. Pre-Registration is Required.
REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Eligibility: Entry is open to all current MGNE members. (You can join MGNE when you register.) Work must have not previously been shown at an MGNE exhibition. One piece may be entered with a $15 registration fee. All work must be framed and ready to hang. Please, no clip frames, sawtooth hangers, or sandwich frames. Exceptions will be made with notification and approval of the Exhibitions Committee. The framed size should not be larger than 24″ wide and 48″ high. Zullo Gallery will retain a 35% sales commission. Work may be hand delivered or may be shipped, pre-paid, in a reusable carton to Bonnie Mineo. (See details below.) All work will be handled with respect and care. MGNE, its members, and volunteers will not be responsible for any loss or damage to work. Artists accept these Call-For-Entry terms. DELIVERY & SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Please click here to download the Zullo Artists Delivery Sheet. Please attach the completed sheet with your artwork when it is delivered to Zullo Gallery or in your shipped packaging. Shipping Dates: Arrive between May 7-8, 2015 Drop-off Date: Saturday, May 9, 2015 between noon-3pm Pick-up Date: June 28, 2015 between noon-3pm Drop-off Instructions: If you are hand-delivering your work, please deliver your work on Saturday, May 9th between noon-3pm to Zullo Gallery (456 Main Street, Medfield, MA 02052).
Shipping Instructions & Deadlines:
Friday, May 8th is the deadline to receive shipped works. Please ship your work via UPS or FedEx to arrive between May 7-8, 2015. Any work received after the deadline will not be included in the exhibition. Please send your work in a sturdy reusable carton for easy return. (For easy storage of return packaging, we ask that you do not use wood crates or include Styrofoam peanuts or pellets in your shipping packages.) You must include a FedEx or UPS return shipping label with your work. Shipped work that does not come with prepaid return shipping will not be returned and will become the property of MGNE.
