ARTIST STATEMENT
Since the beginning of my career in art, I have been fascinated by the idea of trace and memory. My explorations led me to different mediums to finally arrive with the print and particularly the monotype. I am interested in this discipline because I believe the action of removing and adding ink is a poetic journey that allows me to communicate with my unconscious. I am also interested by the hybridization of several disciplines of impressions and also by the role that the spectator takes when they come into contact with my work.
