ARTIST STATEMENT
At the core of my work I enjoy experimenting with color, layers, and media. Current printmaking work explores the print as a collage. I use a gelatin plate to layer colors and patterns along with my hand-carved stamp patterns.
BIO
I am a mixed media artist with a background in printmaking, collage, photography, and illustration. I completed my BFA at the State University of New York at Buffalo in Photography and Printmaking in 1992. I am currently working in Merrimac, MA and exhibiting in the New England region. I teach classes on blockprinting, collage, visual journalling, and bookbinding.
