ARTIST STATEMENT
I have chose to use semi abstraction and symbolism as my style. The imaginative shapes create rhythms and movement which are needed to complete an image. Sometimes other media such as etching or collage may be added. Creating prints is an exciting process which allows me to create painting with depth and complexity. Wonderful effects can be achieved — effects which are often difficult to accomplish by other painting methods. Although these prints represent my subjective perceptions, the viewer will interpret the images according to his or her own personal aesthetic.
