Mary Therese Wright focuses her work in a narrative tradition. Her work references issues of personhood, place and change. Wright’s work employs the history and contemporary understanding of myth to speak it’s message.


Mary Therese Wright holds an MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art and BA from the University of Massachusetts/Boston Campus. Wright directs a regional Fine Art Gallery in Southern Vermont. Gallery Wright showcases the work of twenty regional artists. The attached studio offers workshops in painting and printmaking.
