ARTIST STATEMENT
My work is intuitive and abstract. I favor intense, highly saturated colors and create multi-layered monotypes in oil and ink and collages from printed and enhanced torn papers on monotype backgrounds. I love the spontaneity and unpredictability of the monotype process. Creating each piece is playful, fun and full of surprises. I serve as secretary of MGNE and donate art to non -profits through The Art Connection, Boston, MA.
